The Conference Management System gets implemented in organisations that manage multiple conference venues. Several conference and accommodation rooms are booked at the same time and then managed as a single unit.

The conference organiser manages all aspects of a conference including quotations, waitlist, reservations, function sheets, invoicing and debtors utilising an integrated system.

The system utilises an easy to use calendar style interface with the ability to view weekly or monthly conference bookings each colour coded for easy reference.
The function sheet is setup to record activities that are required for the conference utilising standard templates to make it easy to setup and manage.

Once booked, deposit invoices can be produced for interim and final payment.

Deposit tracking ensures efficient management of deposits and provisional bookings.

The system enables you to manage all agreements with PCO’s and corporations with special rates and packages that can setup for each.

It includes the ability to produce pro-forma and final tax Invoices and the management of debtors and commissions.

All transactions can then be exported to Pastel or your favourite accounting package.
